Max Carr

Max Carr held the position of Managing Director of Australia Bank Limited, Deputy CEO of the State Bank of Victoria and numerous directorships on various boards.

He has served on the Prop Corp Board for over 22 years and currently attends the Doncaster Church of Christ.

John Bailey

Length of Service as Trustee: 36 years

Following a long career in senior management, management consulting and management education, John Bailey is currently an advisor and mentor to many entrepreneurial organisations in Australia, USA and China.

John is co-founder of Emergent Leadership International and holds directorships in ORMSEC Management Services Pty Ltd and other key organisations. He has been a member of the Doncaster Church of Christ for over 42 years.

David Warren

David Warren currently holds a position with AMP as the Head of Investment and Mature Products. He has a background in the financial services sector with extensive history with AXA Australia across a number of key areas including actuarial, product management and strategy roles.

He currently attends One Community in Blackburn.

Andrew Bruce

Holding positions with National Asset Management and Prudential Portfolio Managers, Andrew played a significant part in driving revenue growth and was successful in targeting and acquiring strategic client relationships.

Andrew joined Perennial Investment Partners in August 2002. His current role is Associate Director and he is responsible for the building and managing of institutional business in Australia.

Tim Keating

Tim Keating currently holds a position with Westpac as the Head of Property Finance Southern Region (Vic,SA,WA). With a background in the banking sector, Tim’s extensive history with National Australia Bank, has spanned a number of key areas. He has worked as Head of Business Acquisition Team and prior to that appointment, Area Manager Melbourne Business Banking Centre.

He currently attends One Community in Blackburn where he has served on the board as Treasurer.

Tim Adam

Tim Adam is a Principal with Moores Legal and heads up the Personal Injury Work Group of Moores Legal. He has particular expertise with assisting victims seriously injured in transport, work and other accidents. Tim is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria’s Road Trauma Committee, the LIV’s Transport Accident Compensation Committee and the TAC Liaison Committee. He is also on the panel of solicitors for a number of major rehabilitation hospitals in Victoria.

Tim is a member of the Eastern Health Research & Ethics Committee, a member of the Peter James Centre Ethics Committee, and Trustee – Properties Corporation Churches of Christ.

Terry McCredden

Advanced Management Program -Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania

Length of Service as Trustee: 25 years

Terry McCredden is currently the CEO of UniSuper, which is the $22billion super fund for the Australian Higher Education and Research sector. Previously Terry has served the Telstra Super fund as CEO for nine years.
Terry has also served as Deputy Chair of the CCCC and as Trustee to the Austral Trust. He currently attends the Northern Community Church of Christ.
